Samsung is no stranger to taking shots at Apple in its advertising, but the company’s latest commercial out of Iceland does so in just about the strangest possible way. The video shows a young man attempting to text and make calls on an actual apple, before being able to do those things successfully on a Galaxy S4. It’s all so exciting he decides to break dance… in front of a goat. With a bunch of ninjas. He then takes a bite out of an apple in perhaps the least subtle jab Samsung has ever thrown — check out the commercial in its entirety below.
Will @theverge make a video review also? (via TumbleOn)
Is this the best Windows Phone yet?
“Miniature topographies inside 200-gallon fish tanks, based on traditional landscape paintings. Keever fills the tanks with water once he’s sculpted and placed the miniatures, and colored lights and pigments create dense, atmospheric environments. He views his works as an evolution of the landscape tradition and deliberately acknowledges the conceptual artifice.”
Oh my! Awesome!
My new me
Adobe has just announced its first hardware initiative, a pressure sensitive stylus and an electronic ruler that will tightly integrate with its software applications. The company’s Project Mighty stylus and Napoleon ruler have been showcased connecting to an iPad and iPhone over Bluetooth. The pen works similarly to existing styluses, but when working alongside Napoleon, the two tools can be used to create curved and angled shapes in a way that would be difficult to do with existing third-party styluses.
